Blueberry, Date And Banana Smoothie
My absolute favorite smoothie to make, it’s simple, a great source of fiber, antioxidants, and healthy fats. It's perfect for a quick breakfast or a refreshing snack.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of water
1/2 ripe organic banana
1 cup organic blueberries
2 dates, pitted
2 scoops of collagen protein powder - my personal fav
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 cup of organic spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk of your choice) - my personal fav
1/2 cup of ice
Instructions:
Pour water and almond milk into the blender.
Add banana, blueberries (can also be frozen), and pitted dates.
Pour protein powder, flaxseed and hemp seeds.
Add spinach.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and ENJOY!
