Fruit And Yogurt Bowl

An easy and fun way to have a nutrient-packed meal! I personally do organic Greek or Coconut yogurt (without added sugars), organic blueberries, organic raspberries, Multi Collagen Protein, and a drizzle of organic honey. Sometimes I add nuts!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (Coconut yogurt if vegan)

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

  • 1/2 banana, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/4 cup granola

  • Optional toppings: sliced almonds, chia seeds, flax seeds, etc.


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, spoon the Greek yogurt and spread it evenly on the bottom.

  2. Wash and slice the berries, and place them on top of the yogurt.

  3. Add the sliced banana to the bowl.

  4. Drizzle the honey over the fruit and yogurt.

  5. Sprinkle the granola over the top of the bowl.

  6. Add any additional toppings that you desire, such as sliced almonds, chia seeds, or flax seeds.

Serve the yogurt and fruit bowl immediately and enjoy your healthy and delicious breakfast or snack!
