One Pan Salmon
Try this healthy one-pan salmon recipe cooked in an air fryer. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep time, you'll have flavorful salmon fillets in no time. Cook time: The cooking time in the air fryer or oven is approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon fillets.
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
2 small sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 Lemon

Turmeric
Nutritional Yeast
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer or oven to 350°F (176°C).
On the tray, toss your vegetables with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Add salmon to the tray and brush with a tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and black pepper. Squeeze a lemon and add it on top of the salmon for garnish.
Once the oven or air fryer is set to 350 place the tray inside and leave it for 15 minutes.
If you’re baking sweet potatoes keep in mind they’ll take around 20-25 minutes to soften.
Once done, remove the salmon, sweet potatoes, and asparagus from the oven or air fryer.
Plate and garnish with additional fresh herbs or a sprinkle of lemon zest if desired.
